We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our strategic partnerships team at Toggle, a modern insurance brand within the Farmers Insurance family. As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our affiliate program by identifying and recruiting new affiliate partners and developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. You will also be responsible for the profitability of the affiliate program, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize performance and managing allocated budget effectively to maximize return on investment.
About the role...
• Responsible for developing and driving an end-to-end affiliate marketing program strategy.
• Responsible for identifying, connecting to, and fostering relationships with new prospective affiliate partners across the US with leads for renters, auto, and/or homeowner's insurance.
• Owns the P&L for company’s brand affiliate channel and is accountable for affiliate program performance and profitability.
• Marketing: Identifies new lead opportunities, works with marketing team to develop creative campaigns, monitors campaign performance, and manages expenses within allocated budget and ROI targets.
• Customer-Service: Cultivates and maintains trusted relationships with existing and prospective affiliate partners.
• Lifecycle Management: Owns the full affiliate partner lifecycle, including identification, engagement, onboarding, day-to-day account management, performance optimization, issue resolution, and invoicing/payment reconciliation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Product, UX/CX, and Technical Teams to enhance product offerings, drive operational efficiency, analyze performance marketing, and optimize platform functionality.
• Market Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in affiliate marketing and provide ongoing updates on industry trends and channel performance to senior leadership.
• Data & Analytics: Regularly monitor trends in the data and provide actionable performance feedback and insights to internal and external stakeholders via regular data-driven reports.
• Performance Goals: Drive increased revenue and meet assigned growth, revenue, and expense goals.

- Possesses adequate hearing, with or without correction, to communicate with co-workers, respond promptly to auditory signals or alarms, and discern sounds essential for maintaining safety and productivity in the workplace.
- Jobs in this category require rare, if any, travel.
- Requires occasional travel to industry conferences and local marketing events hosted by affiliate partners and associations
Education needed...
- High School Diploma or equivalent High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing communications or finance.
Experience Requirements
• Requires 3+ years’ experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, lead generation, and marketing analytics.
• Experience preferred in P&C insurance (renters, auto, homeowners).
Technical skills needed...
• Platform Knowledge (required): Tune, Hubspot
• Platform Knowledge (preferred): MixPanel, Sigma, Shortcut
• Proficiency in Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, data analysis) and PowerPoint (internal and external reporting/presentations)
