Job Summary
Essential Job Functions
- Supports and administers agency development processes, such as packet submissions, document validation, system access requests and navigation, and other administrative tasks.
- Responsible for achieving assigned objectives including those related to efficiency, effectiveness, and execution.
- Works closely with candidates, field leaders, and business partners on a daily basis to execute assigned processes and other responsibilities, including inbound and outbound activity using various contact methods, such as emailing, calling, video conferencing, messaging, and other communication systems.
- Maintains up-to-date records of activity, interactions, and candidate statuses using approved systems and methods.
- Reports any system, process, or data issues in a timely manner.
- Utilizes tracking systems to monitor and record activities.
- Assists people leader with general duties and responsibilities, such as developing and updating reports, presentations, communications, and team activities.
- Provides updates on trends, results, tactics, and other aspects of the assigned responsibilities via presentations, spreadsheets, written communication, and other means as appropriate.
- Actively participates in and supports various projects, initiatives, and training opportunities as assigned.
- Collaborates with peers and people leader to research, identify, share, and implement processes and other enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness, improve candidate and field leader experiences, and achieve strategic objectives.
- Provides relevant intel, feedback, and best practices on processes, programs, vendors, and systems.
- Builds and maintains strong partnerships with colleagues.
- Assists people leader with training and developing peers.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of any relevant programs and processes.
- Performs other job duties as assigned.
