Workplace: Remote role in a Southeastern State (listed in job description)

Our hybrid work environment combines the best of both worlds with at least three (3) days in office and up to two (2) days virtual for employees who live within fifty (50) miles of a Farmers corporate office. Job Summary
- The Agency Development Specialist supports and administers centralized agency development processes and efforts to explain and verify eligibility requirements, document validation, packet submissions, provide systems access, program enrollments, and other administrative onboarding tasks.
- Works closely with candidates, field leaders, and business partners on executing agency development processes.
- Supports manager and colleagues with general department duties, such as reporting, presentations, training, issue resolution, and other tasks as assigned.
- Participates in various projects and initiatives, including those related to onboarding, agency development, and distribution.
Essential Job Functions
- Supports and administers agency development processes, such as packet submissions, document validation, system access requests and navigation, and other administrative tasks. Responsible for achieving assigned objectives including those related to efficiency, effectiveness, and execution. Works closely with candidates, field leaders, and business partners on a daily basis to execute assigned processes and other responsibilities, including inbound and outbound activity using various contact methods, such as emailing, calling, video conferencing, messaging, and other communication systems. Maintains up-to-date records of activity, interactions, and candidate statuses using approved systems and methods.
- Reports any system, process, or data issues in a timely manner. Utilizes tracking systems to monitor and record activities. Assists people leader with general duties and responsibilities, such as developing and updating reports, presentations, communications, and team activities. Provides updates on trends, results, tactics, and other aspects of the assigned responsibilities via presentations, spreadsheets, written communication, and other means as appropriate.
- Actively participates in and supports various projects, initiatives, and training opportunities as assigned. Collaborates with peers and people leader to research, identify, share, and implement processes and other enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness, improve candidate and field leader experiences, and achieve strategic objectives. Provides relevant intel, feedback, and best practices on processes, programs, vendors, and systems.
- Builds and maintains strong partnerships with colleagues. Assists people leader with training and developing peers. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of any relevant programs and processes. Performs other job duties as assigned.
Physical Actions
- This role, whether performed virtually or in an office setting, will include normal and customary distractions, noise, and interruptions. Sits or stands for extended periods of time, up to a full work shift. Occasionally reaches overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Occasionally moves, lifts, carries, and places objects and supplies weighing 0-10 pounds without assistance. Listens to, interprets, and differentiates auditory information (example others speaking) at normal speaking levels with or without correction. Visually verifies and reads information. Visually locates material, resources and other objects. Ability to continuously operate a computer for extended periods of time, up to a full work shift. Physical dexterity sufficient to use hands, arms, and shoulders repetitively to operate keyboard and other office equipment up to a full work shift.
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors degree preferred, preferably in business or related field.
Experience Requirements
- Three years experience in sales, recruiting, project management, and/or agency or customer facing positions required.
- Experience in recruiting, distribution models, and/or the insurance industry preferred.

- Farmers offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications and location.
o Range will vary based on location and experience - typical range for this role is $80-90,000 salary + bonus - Bonus Opportunity (based on Company and Individual Performance)
