Job Summary

Provide commissions support to Farmers Agents and District Managers. Utilize knowledge and experience to quickly and accurately process work and resolve issues. Support other operations departments by answering questions and taking escalated phone calls. Build on experience to handle more complex tasks.

Essential Job Functions

Investigates/analyzes/processes changes and adjustments to Farmers Agent and District Manager commissions and Structured Settlements policies.  Uses excellent customer service skills and acts with a sense of urgency while handling incoming calls and correspondence. Learns and displays proficient knowledge related to Commissions and Structured Settlements business rules. Contributes to team SLAs and quality goals through accurate and timely processing, as well as, recommending process improvements.

Education Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required. Completion of some LOMA classes preferred.

Experience Requirements

Prior customer service (phone) and data entry skills required. Prior experience in handling Farmers Agent/District Manager calls/inquiries preferred.

Special Skill Requirement

Basic problem solving and troubleshooting skills required

Ability to remain flexible to meet deadlines in a multi-tasking environment using multiple systems
