Job Summary


As an Operations Support Supervisor, you will oversee OSC (Operational Support Center) staff to ensure the team is delivering high quality service to our internal and external members. Together with an autonomous team, you will work with the Operations Support Manager and People Leaders of other business units to help streamline processes  and increase efficiencies throughout the Credit Union. As a champion for optimization, having an innovative mindset is critical to the success of this position within OSC.

As an Operations Support Supervisor, you will:

  • Supervise and collaborate with the OSC team to identify opportunities in order to improve processes.
  • Primary contact for ATM machines, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and system upgrades.
  • Key administrator for systems such as, CCM, Springboard, Co-Op, TranZct, and Ensenta.
  • Monitors Online Deposits to ensure timely processing and accurate review of Risk Factors.
  • Utilize problem resolution skill sets to assist with TCR, Vault Balancing, Cash Management, and Branch Audits.
  • Ensures Policies and Procedures are up to date in accordance with regulatory compliance.
  • Develop metrics for department performance.
  • Provides input on new products and services.

Physical Actions:

  • This role, whether performed virtually or in an office setting, will include normal and customary distractions, noise, and interruptions.
  • Sits or stands for extended periods of time, up to a full work shift.
  • Occasionally reaches overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
  • Occasionally moves, lifts, carries, and places objects and supplies weighing 0-10 pounds without assistance.
  • Listens to, interprets, and differentiates auditory information (example others speaking) at normal speaking levels with or without correction.
  • Visually verifies and reads information.
  • Visually locates material, resources and other objects.
  • Ability to continuously operate a computer for extended periods of time, up to a full work shift.
  • Physical dexterity sufficient to use hands, arms, and shoulders repetitively to operate keyboard and other office equipment up to a full work shift.

You have:

  • Experience in supporting operations within a financial institution.
  • Experience and proven knowledge in adhering to policies,  procedures, and regulations.
  • Ability to perform as a backup for all operational tasks such as; Decedent Accounts, Escheatment, Audits, Remote Deposit Capture, and ATM Management.
  • Ability to perform research, interpret data, and develop solutions.
  • Able to adapt to new technology.
  • Demonstrate time management and priority setting skills
  • Resilience, patience, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • The ability to effectively coach and deliver constructive feedback.

Your education contains:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred



  • Farmers offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications and location.
