Our hybrid work environment combines the best of both worlds with at least three (3) days in office and up to two (2) days virtual for employees who live within fifty (50) miles of a Farmers corporate office. Job Summary
- Provide guidance, communications and assistance to Distribution employees, District Managers, and Agents in order to ensure that PIF gain and production goals are met.
Essential Job Functions
- Drive awareness and utilization (similar to Commercial Wholesaler) across field (may need to be supported via field personnel) by fielding agent inquiries through phone / video communication Implement all communication strategy to field and management.
- Gather intelligence and feedback to assist Marketing Director, University of Farmers and vender to develop agent collateral and enhance training courses.
- Virtually coordinate with other territory personnel to drive awareness and adoption of the brokerage platform.
- Work in conjunction with vendors activators to help support the field with tools and training required to drive Kraft Lake sales
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Continued educational development in related job field.
Experience Requirements
- Three or more years in a client or agent interfacing role or comparable experience.
- Marketing and communications experience – preferred within insurance capacity to a captive agency force.
