Our hybrid work environment combines the best of both worlds with at least three (3) days in office and up to two (2) days virtual for employees who live within fifty (50) miles of a Farmers corporate office. Job Summary
Essential Job Functions
- Oversees the creation and production of brand and performance marketing assets for various channels by coordinating the work of internal and external business partners and creative resources.
- Communicates marketing strategies and project requirements to creative teams.
- Reviews, provides feedback on, and approves work products and deliverables.
- Uses specialized knowledge and breadth of expertise in marketing principles, brand strategy, communications, and creative development to ensure that marketing assets produced align with business objectives, describe products accurately, and reflect brand identity while resonating with target audiences and consumers.
- Oversees the execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand standards, regulatory requirements, and budget constraints.
- Manages the external advertising agency that concepts and produces all advertising on company's behalf.
- Leads cross-functional teams in the development of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels including TV, radio, print, digital, and social media.
- Leads regular meetings to align on strategic direction, provide updates, assign tasks, prioritize work, and ensure quality control of creative content.
- Keeps projects on schedule by providing timely feedback, ensuring production stays within budget, and providing updates to all stakeholders and leadership.
- Applies advanced project management skills to fully own the strategic direction and execution of marketing content across channels.
- Conducts in-depth market analysis and consumer research to inform the development and execution of marketing strategies.
- Leverages advanced analytics and data-driven insights to assess marketing strategy performance.
- Establishes performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness.
- Oversees creative evaluation through copy testing before and after launch to optimize effectiveness of marketing assets.
- Manages and develops advertising and social media team members.
- Oversees advertising and social media policies, programs, and practices to ensure the creation and maintenance of an accepted public image in all markets of the operating territory.
- Researches, analyzes, and synthesizes information and requirements from various business units to develop and execute comprehensive and high-impact marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, favorability, and customer acquisition.
- Liaises with relevant stakeholders across business units to obtain buy-in and approval for marketing strategies and final production of assets.
- Establishes and maintains a test and learn methodology for marketing assets across various channels.
- Develops a structured experiment framework, implements testing procedures, and analyzes data to derive actionable insights. Iteratively refines marketing strategies based on results.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
