Job Summary
Partners with business teams to design and implement complex data-centric and value-added systems and solutions that enable business outcomes. Projects are complex. Pefrorms work independently or with minimal guidance, depending on task complexity.

What You'll Do
- Develops complex value-based analytics solutions for quality, business process functionality, or other strategic/data/analytic initiatives that are complex in nature. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and establish analytics requirements. Creates detailed documentation and business plans that address stakeholder needs. Liaises between IT and Product Management for data solutions. Trusted business partner working with business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify key challenges and work on resolutions with the goal of improving organizational performance.
- Uses advanced understanding of data elements, structures, standards typically involved in financial services transactions, reporting, and cloud-based data storage/sharing to adopt and apply standards in a way that satisfies and balances regulatory and compliance requirements with business needs.
- Develops and implements complex enterprise-wide data integration strategies that utilize various data-marts and data warehouse applications to enhance reporting. Continuously works to improve data platforms, dashboards, and reports to meet emerging and changing business demands and guidelines. Consults with minimal guidance from Principal on UAT, technical specifications, strategic planning, contract design, technical support, testing updates, and trainings.
- Manages data from multiple sources and uses project management skills to complete complex projects with minimal coaching and guidance. Transmits data and proactively works to ensure data quality. Troubleshoots data issues and devises creative and effective ways to avoid or mitigate issues.
What You'll Bring
- 5-7 years of related experience required.
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
Additional Qualification
- Demonstrated analytical skills.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills.
- Proficient in English written and verbal communication skills.
- Possesses strong technical aptitude.
- Advanced experience with: SQL or similar, dimensional modeling, pipeline orchestration, building data pipelines to transform data, and BI visualizations.
- Effective interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence internal and/or external constituents.
- Seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty.
