Job Summary
Every call is an opportunity to solve a puzzle. By reviewing risks and obtaining necessary underwriting approvals, you prevent future headaches for the customer as a senior member of our Direct Sales team. You support your pod through best practice sharing, contributing directly to the collective success of the team. This isn't just "answering phones." It is a disciplined blend of technical compliance, sales psychology, and crisis management.
We are specifically looking to hire a class for April 27, 2026. At this time, we can only considered candidates with an active/valid P&C license.
Essential Job Functions
- Architect of Protection: You analyze unique risks, provide accurate quotes, and secure the premiums that protect a customer’s most valuable assets—their homes and vehicles.
- The Problem Solver: You translate complex underwriting and regulatory standards into clear, actionable advice. You are the bridge between rigid policy language and a customer’s immediate needs.
- Strategic Growth: Beyond service, you are a consultant. You identify gaps in coverage, learn the nuances of Farmers products, and master sales techniques to ensure customers aren't just insured, but correctly insured.
- High-Performance Execution: You operate in a fast-paced environment where precision matters. You monitor your own KPIs not just as metrics, but as a roadmap for your professional development and efficiency.

Minimum 5 years of insurance sales or related experience required.
An active, valid P&C license
Compensation
Competitive base salary based on experience + Uncapped Commission - Target above $85K first year
100% match 401k of 6% plus an additional 4%
