District Continuity Manager
Job Summary
This role is critical to the continued success of our Agency Owners. The District Continuity Manager provides field-based coaching, consultation, and business leadership to agency owners and staff within assigned vacant districts to support growth, retention, and overall agency performance during leadership transitions. Builds relationships with agency owners, identifies opportunities and operational gaps, and works directly with agencies to implement action plans that support vacant district objectives. Serves as the primary continuity resource for assigned vacant districts and is accountable for district-level business results and financial performance throughout the support period. Partners with territory leadership and support resources to ensure consistent agency support and a successful transition to permanent district leadership.
Essential Job Functions
- Supports business performance within assigned vacant districts by monitoring results, identifying growth opportunities and operational gaps, and implementing actions to improve growth, retention, and overall agency performance.
- Maintains accountability for district-level business outcomes and financial performance throughout assigned continuity periods.
- Provides in-person coaching and consultation to agency owners and staff related to business growth, cross-sell opportunities, retention, staffing, marketing, technology utilization, and operational effectiveness.
- Tailors support and engagement strategies to the needs of individual agencies and vacant district priorities.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with agency owners and staff within assigned districts.
- Conducts regular agency interactions, serves as a primary point of contact during vacancies, and supports agency engagement, continuity efforts, and follow-through on business objectives.
- Reviews agency and vacant district performance information, identifies trends, growth opportunities, and operational gaps, and develops action plans to support district objectives and improve business results.
Additional Expectations
50% minimum travel expected for this role.
Education Requirements
Experience Requirements
3+ years insurance sales experience
2+ years experience in Management/Supervisor or Team Advocate position required.
