Job Summary

  • This role will create, develop and execute marketing content for agent and client facing collateral, develop and execute digital marketing content for financial products on farmers.com and agent websites, and work with creative vendors and enterprise marketing to develop the image and voice of Farmers Financial Solutions.
  • This role will help to grow the relationship with Farmers Financial Solutions and its agents, increase customer life time value, and drive engagement.
  • This role will also be responsible for educating agents and employees about new sales or digital tools available to agents and consumers.
  • This person will be responsible for managing high impact projects, including strategy, identification of tasks, dependencies, deadlines and costs, as well as on time execution.
  • This role will collaborate across the enterprise to drive business objectives and lead high performing cross-functional teams.

Essential Job Functions

  • Creation, development and execution of marketing content for agent and client facing collateral (Print and digital)
  • Launch and manage Farmers Financial Solutions products and services including all FFS product collateral, development of registered representatives and customer communications.
  • Develop prospecting, point-of-sale, educational materials, and agent support materials to support product launches and ongoing business intiatives.
  • Work with product providers and enterprise marketing, training, finance, compliance, legal and outside consultants to develop education materials and sales brochures for the agents internally and to use with their customers.
  • Manage high impact projects, including strategy, identification of tasks, dependencies, deadlines and costs, as well as on time execution.
  • This role will collaborate across the enterprise to drive business objectives and lead high performing cross-functional teams.
  • Work with FFS Communications and Marketing Manager, Corporate Communications, Corporate Creative Shop, University of Farmers, Agency News and Resources team and outside vendors to develop and manage marketing, education, and communications plans to support Farmers Financial Solutions and creative positioning with Farmers brand voice.
  • Work with Training to ensure appropriate agent understanding of products, processes, and compliance.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing, communications or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • FINRA Series 6 or 7, 63 or 65/66, and 26 required within 90 days of hire. 

Experience Requirements

  • Three years marketing/project management experience in financial services.

Special Skill Requirement

  • Expertise in MS Office, Salesforce, Otimizely, Articulate, Nitro, and other systems as added.
