About the role...
- This role is responsible for supporting agents and/or clients in the sales and/or the supporting administrative account transactions.
- Answers questions and resolves problems and issues via phone or written communication support.
What you'll accomplish...
- Utilizes knowledge of technical information about the FFS (Farmers Financial Services) process, products and related procedures to answer questions and resolve problems for agents and clients.
- Contributes to Go To Market initiatives.
- Places outbound calls when needed to engage agents in the sales process and/or to assist with inquiries pertaining to procedures or transaction processing.
- Assists clients with day to account sales or servicing requests.
- Provide sales and product information, material, document and current market information to clients as requested.
- Develops knowledge of finance transactional processes to assist agent understanding of completing transactions for securities products, variable life insurance products and broker-dealer services.
- Supports the coordination of territory coverage.; regularly communicates with stakeholders to discuss territory related matters inv olving escalations or opportunities in territories.
- Develops and maintains knowledge of FFS products and marketing/sales strategies and proper maintenance of accounts; engages in approved training opportunities to develop necessary technical knowledge of products and services offered.
- Tracks telephone contacts and sales progress through the use of internal company systems and software; makes appropriate follow up contacts as required.
- Understands and interfaces with various systems in order to provide efficient service in account lookup, problem resolution and data record keeping.
- Participates in conference calls and staff meetings to provide information about activities, challenges, and accomplishments.
- Identifies and shares system enhancement and process improvement ideas.
- Works closely with stakeholders to support sales/services programs and to assure consistency of message.
- Provides administrative support to quality review process.
- May perform basic quality checks.
- Ensures policy and process documents are timely updated and published.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Physical actions...
- Sits or stands for extended periods of time, up to a full work shift.
- Occasionally reaches overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
- Occasionally moves, lifts, carries, and places objects and supplies weighing 0-10 pounds without assistance.
- Listens to, interprets, and differentiates auditory information (e.g. others speaking) at normal speaking levels with or without correction.
- Visually verifies and reads information.
- Visually locates material, resources and other objects.
- Ability to continuously operate a computer for extended periods of time, up to a full work shift.
- Physical dexterity sufficient to use hands, arms, and shoulders repetitively to operate keyboard and other office equipment up to a full work shift.

Education needed...
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two-year college degree and/or pursuing four-year college degree with background emphasizing finance or economics preferred.
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 required within 90-days of hire.
Experience needed...
Brokerage experience preferred.

Candidate qualifications may be reviewed against the requirements for the associated levels of this position's core function. Salary grade will be based on selected candidates' experience and skills.
