About the role...

  • This role provides operational and analytical support for territory leadership to optimize the implementation and performance of territory initiatives.
  • Performs work with limited direction or guidanc

What you'll accomplish...

  • Conducts market research, analyzes data, and provides actionable insights and recommendations related to field operations such as sales performance, agent productivity, customer experience, and market trends to territory and market leadership.
  • Develops recommendations to improve sales productivity and to drive efficiencies.
  • Coordinates product rollouts, sales initiatives, communication strategies, technology integration, process optimization, and profitability actions.
  • Assists territory and market leadership with project management, presentation preparation, and communication initiatives.
  • Supports leadership on ad-hoc projects including problem-resolution as assigned.
  • Works across stakeholders to coordinate territory and market meetings including meeting agendas, communication, logistics, speakers, and content.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Physical actions...

  • This role, whether performed virtually or in an office setting, will include normal and customary distractions, noise, and interruptions.
  • Sits or stands for extended periods of time, up to a full work shift.
  • Occasionally reaches overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
  • Occasionally moves, lifts, carries, and places objects and supplies weighing 0-10 pounds without assistance.
  • Listens to, interprets, and differentiates auditory information (example others speaking) at normal speaking levels with or without correction.
  • Visually verifies and reads information.
  • Visually locates material, resources and other objects.
  • Ability to continuously operate a computer for extended periods of time, up to a full work shift.
  • Physical dexterity sufficient to use hands, arms, and shoulders repetitively to operate keyboard and other office equipment up to a full work shift.

Education needed...

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelors degree preferred.

Experience needed...

  • 3-5 years of experience in insurance field operations, marketing or similar role required.
  • Experience with data analysis preferred.

Special skills needed...

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven analytical skills (interpreting data to tell a story).
  • MS Suite (strong Excel skills, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Able to solve problems with minimal direction/taking ownership of finding solutions.
  • Goal oriented team player with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Organization & Planning skills.
  • Strong relationship building.
