Why We Are Adding This Role
We continue to accelerate and re-shape how we go to market in the IA channel. We need to bring initiatives to the market quickly, clearly, and consistently across regions. This position will co-lead or lead large, visible projects, co‑define our go‑to‑market processes (current and future) and be a driving force across the larger BPT alongside TMs, SFIA (salesforce), L&D, ACM (Agency Contract Management) and others. The mandate: Partner with us to move key initiatives forward and create standard work that can be implemented countrywide through strong collaboration and crisp execution.
Where You'll Make an Impact
-
Actively participate, lead or manage large cross‑functional projects that improve how we launch and scale initiatives (examples: appointment processes, product/experience relaunches, standard reporting, incentive rollouts).
- Go‑to‑market process design: Partner with me to document and refine “how we go to market” from intake through rollout and long-term sustainment.
- Countrywide standard work: Translate pilots and best practices into clear, repeatable playbooks that teams can adopt without ambiguity.
- Stakeholder communication: Plan and partner with Marketing/Comms to deliver concise comms that keep leaders and field teams aligned; route updates through the right channels at the right time.
- Data & reporting: Partner with our data team to build simple, reliable reporting for adoption, outcomes, and accountability; use trends to recommend adjustments.
- Workflow & tooling: Tighten the steps, hand‑offs, and assets so execution feels organized and predictable.
How You’ll Partner
- End‑to‑end Project Management: Take initiative, keep work organized, engage the right people, and make timely, informed decisions.
- Deliver complete rollouts: Training, overviews, resources, reporting, and follow‑up with nothing half‑built and no loose ends.
- Drive accountability: Make it easy for impacted teams and leaders to know what’s expected and to see progress.
The Kind of Teammate Who Thrives Here
- Operator & Communicator: Can translate strategy into a crisp plan, coordinate with key stakeholders, then communicate it simply to busy field leaders and teams.
- Structured Project Manager: Comfortable driving complex work with multiple owners; skilled at sequencing tasks, removing blockers, and keeping momentum.
- Data‑aware Decision Maker: Builds lightweight tracking and partners with data team for robust reporting development, reads trends, and recommends changes that improve adoption and results.
- Builds Trust Cross‑functionally: Naturally collaborative with Regions, L&D, SFIA, ACM, Marketing, Incentives, Service Ops, Underwriting, and IT.
-
Passionate about Processes and Clarity: Loves tightening workflows, documenting steps, and packaging the “how” so teams can run.
