Sales Trailblazer Wanted! | Hybrid Role in Warwick, RI | Uncapped Earnings + Career Growth

 

We’re looking for sales-driven, enthusiastic experienced sales professionals to join our next classes of Sales Consultants beginning in Summer 2026.

In this role, you will respond to calls coming into our call center by positively promoting Farmers insurance products to prospective customers, consulting with customers to understand their needs, and selling those products which best fit the customer’s needs.  You may also make outbound calls to optimize sales potential. You will earn a competitive base salary in addition to monthly incentive earnings based upon your performance.

  • Our model includes guaranteed annual base pay of $43,000+ based on your experience. 
  • A competitive benefits package PLUS an uncapped performance-based incentive, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings on average up to an additional $27,300+ on top of the guaranteed base pay annually. 
  • Many of our top performers who consistently meet and exceed their goals earn up to an additional $75,000+ on top of their annual base pay. 
  • Experienced and licensed insurance sales professionals with 3+ years working in a competitive call center environment will be considered for higher salary grades - Senior or Lead sales roles, with starting annual base pay of $53,000+.

You'll thrive in this position if you have:

Here's what you will accomplish as a member of our team:

  • Sell insurance products to inbound callers by gathering data from customers to generate quotes and ultimately bind the business; in some instances, make outbound calls

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships, while educating customers regarding coverages and cost so that the customer can select the most appropriate option

  • Qualify customers as buyers of other products/services to create cross-sell and upselling opportunities

  • Navigate multiple computer systems while seamlessly interacting with the customer

Experience Requirements

  • P&C/Personal Lines License is not immediately required. Farmers will sponsor and train you for licensing, as you must obtain Property & Casualty license to sell within 90 days of hire within your state of residency
  • Experience in property & casualty insurance sales is preferred 
  • Must be eligible to obtain resident/non-resident property and casualty license in all required states
  • Education - High School diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of Sales experience required; Call Center experience is preferred
  • Direct sales skills, and the aptitude to influence customers and close the sale 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to adapt communication style to each phone call, and explain complex policy and coverage information in understandable terms
  • Strong PC and software skills required

Position Location/Schedule/Pay

This is a hybrid position based in Warwick, RI. Candidates who reside in eastern time zone states only and who also posess an active p&c or personal lines license may still be considered and will be fully remote. 

 

Office location: 700 Quaker Lane, Warwick, RI

 

We will provide you with the technology that you need successfully to connect from home, including laptop & accessories. 

 

Work Schedule: 

Our priority is to our customers, and we work non-traditional hours to match their needs. 

Candidates hired for this role must be available to work any shifts within the hours below; this will include evenings, Saturdays 1x per month , and some holidays. Shifts are assigned based on business needs. The schedule is non negotiable. 

 

  • Monday-Friday 8am-6:30pm EST

  • Saturday 10am-5:30pm EST

Full-time- 40 hours/week; five 8-hour shifts per week 

Training Hours - Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm EST

 

Compensation:

  • Starting base + Monthly Incentives. Full benefits package included. 

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Must be eligible to obtain resident/non-resident property and casualty license in all required states
