Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing the highest level of talent consulting and recruiting services to business leaders, hiring managers and candidates through Farmer’s sourcing and selection processes.  Specific to our high-volume sales team, you will represent the tip of the spear in identifying, vetting, and moving talent through the process.

Essential Job Functions

Sources, engages, and assesses talent. Expertly assesses candidate strengths and weaknesses and fit for a role within the company.Utilizing a depth of knowledge and excellent relationship building skills, creates a Best in Class experience for hiring managers and candidates. Assesses talent needs and applies expertise on competitive recruiting strategies. Develops broad partnerships to attract talent to the company. Maintains a pipeline of talent for future needs. Creates a value proposition, markets jobs creatively and expertly positions the value proposition to fill open roles. Anticipates and takes action to proactively address potential obstacles/setbacks to recruitment. Understands the scope in the market. Through strategic consultation, provides recruitment support to a business unit. Takes a proactive approach to shape and influence the businesses expectations; effectively aligns the interests of multiple, diverse stakeholders. Identifies staffing needs, prepares for future staffing challenges, and utilizes market knowledge to provide guidance and direction in order to meet staffing goals. Owns a portfolio of requisitions executing proactively through sourcing. Responsible for complex roles or functions. Focuses on niche, advanced recruitment portfolio.

Physical Environment

This position operates in an open office working environment which will include normal and customary distractions, noise, and interruptions.

Education Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience Requirements

5 years professional level recruiting experience required. Proven experience applying recruiting laws and regulations required.

Experience recruiting commission-based sales professionals is a must.
