About the Role
Remote Position (Mexico-Brasil)
We are seeking aMarketing Consultant II to execute lead-nurture campaigns and optimize digital experiences for auto and home insurance products.
In this role, you will manage multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, and direct mail, helping improve customer engagement, quote completion, lead conversion, and policy sales. You will collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, Operations, Product, Sales, Legal, external agencies, and channel partners to deliver accurate, compliant, and results-driven campaigns.
This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on marketing professional who combines campaign execution, customer journey thinking, project management, and data-driven optimization.
Essential Job Functions
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end lead-nurture campaigns across email, SMS, direct mail, and other customer touchpoints.
- Coordinate audience segmentation, campaign setup, creative deployment, scheduling, testing, quality assurance, and launch.
- Optimize customer journeys through improved personalization, messaging, timing, and channel coordination.
- Develop B2C acquisition content and B2B sales-enablement materials from concept through production.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, agencies, and vendors to deliver campaigns accurately, on time, and within budget.
- Validate campaign targeting, content, tracking, brand alignment, and regulatory compliance before launch.
- Monitor engagement, lead progression, quote completion, conversion, and marketing ROI.
- Translate campaign data and customer insights into actionable recommendations.
- Develop test-and-learn plans to improve messaging, response rates, and customer experiences.
- Create performance reports and present campaign results, key learnings, and optimization opportunities to stakeholders.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
- Fluent English proficiency.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in marketing execution, lead nurture, email marketing, direct mail, or digital campaign management.
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns from planning through launch and performance analysis.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with audience segmentation, content development, campaign testing, and quality assurance.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Familiarity with customer journey optimization, UX/UI principles, and e-commerce best practices.
- Experience working with agencies, vendors, sales teams, and internal business partners.
- Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Additional Qualification
- Knowledge of marketing compliance and brand-review processes is preferred.
- Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus.
