Job Summary

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial operations and provide meaningful analysis to business unit leaders. This role combines financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, business modeling, and financial operations to help the business understand performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

You’ll work closely with Finance, Accounting, and business stakeholders to maintain accurate financial information, support strategic planning, improve processes, and provide insights into the factors driving business performance.

Essential Job Functions

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and analyze monthly budget variance, forecasting, and KPI reports, identifying key trends and business drivers.
  • Develop financial and business models that provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Support annual strategic and financial planning, including consolidation and analysis.
  • Analyze expenses, vendors, and capital proposals, providing financial insights and recommendations.
  • Execute finance operations including AP/AR, reconciliations, banking transactions, and financial controls.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing accurate financial information and documentation.
  • Partner with Finance and business stakeholders on special projects, ad hoc analysis, and initiatives.
  • Lead or contribute to process improvement projects that improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.

Education Requirements

Experience Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance, preferably including financial analysis and finance operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong experience with financial analysis, reconciliation, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Experience with AP/AR, banking operations, and financial controls.
  • Advanced proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with business and Finance stakeholders.
  • Experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • CPA or CMA exam progress, MBA/Master’s coursework, or Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification is a nice to have
  • Knowledge in SAP
  • Desired knowledge in Tax
