As a Marketing Analyst III, you’ll sit at the center of data, marketing, and product – owning the insights that drive Direct New Business growth. You’ll partner across teams to translate complex business challenges into clear analytical strategies, uncover high-impact opportunities, and optimize the end-to-end customer journey. From driving smarter acquisition to improving cross-sell and retention, your work will directly influence how we acquire, convert, and grow customers across our full product suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze direct (online + call center) sales performance across Auto, Property, and Specialty lines of business, leveraging KPI monitoring, trend analysis, and funnel diagnostics to identify opportunities to improve conversion, traffic quality, and customer value.
  • Leverage strong technical expertise in data querying, data modeling, and data curation (e.g., SQL, Snowflake, BI tools) to extract, transform, and synthesize complex datasets into actionable insights.
  • Develop a consistent understanding of marketing channel performance mix and partner cross-functionally to prioritize digital investments and innovations.
  • Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and digital experiments to improve acquisition, conversion, and overall customer experience.
  • Identify friction points and optimize the full multichannel customer journey – from discovery through purchase, onboarding, and cross-sell.
  • Support the execution and measurement of sales campaigns, product launches, and cross-sell/up-sell initiatives in close partnership with business teams.
  • Drive sales analytics research and best practices by analyzing competitive performance, innovation trends, and digital marketing data to inform strategy, guide roadmap decisions, and accelerate growth.
  • Communicate insights, results, and recommendations effectively to a range of audiences, including senior stakeholders and executive leadership.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field preferred.
  • At least 2-3+ years of professional experience in business analytics, marketing analytics, or a similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Snowflake, R, Alteryx, Python or similar data querying tools).
  • Exceptional communicator, influencer, and collaborator with executive and cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency or experience working with Digital Analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, MixPanel, etc.) tools is a plus.

  • Requires extended periods of sitting, frequent fine motor tasks (typing, mousing), occasional movement and lifting, and clear vision and hearing to fulfill job duties.
