Job Summary

This position will be responsible for owning the technical aspects of the Farmers Direct marketing squad initiatives.

 

(Internal position title: Application Subject Matter Expert II)

What You'll Do

Campaign Configuration:

  • Design, implement, and manage customer marketing campaigns to meet business objectives.
  • Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign metrics to ensure effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.    

 

Integration Development:

  • Develop and maintain integrations between communication platforms and other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, data warehouses).
  • Ensure data flows smoothly between systems, maintaining data integrity and consistency.
  • Collaborate with IT and development teams to implement and troubleshoot integrations.

 

Technical Expertise:

  • Stay updated with communication platform latest features and best practices.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to marketing and development teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to marketing campaigns and integrations.

 

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and product development.
  • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Document processes, configurations, and integrations for future reference.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience developing and maintaining data pipelines utilizing ETL methods, REST APIs and workflow automation platforms, preferred. 
  • Experience creating and maintaining analytics dashboards for performance monitoring, preferred. 
  • Strong stakeholder communication including with senior leadership, preferred. 
  • Level II: 4 years of experience in application development / testing or business / system analysis role or 2 year as an Application SME Level I.

Education You'll Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent, relevant experience.
