About the role...
- The Media Specialist will lead in the execution of digital media campaigns across programmatic display, online video, connected TV (CTV), digital audio, and more.
- Partners closely with Media Director and external agency partners to develop media plans aligned to business goals while using tools like iSpot to bring added visibility to video campaign performance and impact.
What you'll accomplish...

- Lead execution of full-funnel digital campaigns across channels including:
- Programmatic display, online video, CTV, social, and digital audio.
- Use iSpot for video media measurement and attribution- tracking incremental reach, optimizing in-flight, and tying TV/video to business outcomes.
- Manage hands-on campaign operations (or in partnership with agencies), including planning, pacing, optimization, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategy, timing, and business goals.
- Utilize analytics and past performance insights to continuously test, refine, and improve campaign effectiveness – driving strong test and learn discipline.
- Manage the digital media budget and associated billing process working closely with external and internal finance teams.
Physical actions...
- This role, whether performed virtually or in an office setting, will include normal and customary distractions, noise, and interruptions.
- Sits or stands for extended periods of time, up to a full work shift.
- Occasionally reaches overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
- Occasionally moves, lifts, carries, and places objects and supplies weighing 0-10 pounds without assistance. Listens to, interprets, and differentiates auditory information (example others speaking) at normal speaking levels with or without correction.
- Visually verifies and reads information.
- Visually locates material, resources and other objects.
- Ability to continuously operate a computer for extended periods of time, up to a full work shift.
- Physical dexterity sufficient to use hands, arms, and shoulders repetitively to operate keyboard and other office equipment up to a full work shift.
Education needed...
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
Experience needed...
- 3-5 years of experience in paid media advertising, with hands-on campaign management across major digital platforms like DV360, Amazon, Meta.
- Adaptable, collaborative, and highly organized with outstanding time and stakeholder management.
- Strong understanding of media planning, measurement frameworks, and campaign analytics.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to secure 'buy-in' and convince others regarding best approach.
- Goal oriented team player with a positive attitude.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong relationship building.
