Job Summary
The Organizational Effectiveness Partner plays a critical role in advancing the organization’s mission, vision, and strategic goals by architecting high-performing structures and refining roles for maximum impact. This leader is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing organizational frameworks, and job structures that enable growth, agility, and sustained performance. By partnering with HR Business Partners and leaders across departments, this role ensures that the company’s workforce and organizational design aligns with evolving business needs and fosters an environment where all employees can thrive.
Essential Job Functions
- In partnership with HRBP, lead overall job redesign and organizational effectiveness strategy for the enterprise.
- Design and redesign roles to optimize efficiency, effectiveness, employee engagement, and career progression.
- Leverage understanding of changes in the future of work including workforce skills needed and emerging technologies (AI) to consult, challenge and influence key stakeholders to proactively build plans to assess job redesign opportunities.
- Develops and translates vision and strategy into clear, actionable human capital plans.
- Acts as thought partners with stakeholders on creating and documenting effective organizational design and structure to meet current and future business objectives.
- Consults with senior business leaders on the implementation of organizational and job design changes, communication plans and monitoring impact of the change.
- Consults with leaders and HRPBs on continuous workforce changes including analyzing, forecasting and planning business workforce needs, assessing gaps, and determining targeted interventions to ensure the business is prepared with the best job design and org structure to deliver on the enterprise strategy.
- Leads and supports enterprise people initiatives, providing consultation change management and communications, including identifying risks and mitigation plans.
- Proactively seeks and integrates feedback from key stakeholders.
- Improves employee experience and retention by using internal and external data, cross-functional experts and feedback channels to strategically design people strategies for multiple business units.
- Interacts as needed, with people leaders and employees on complex or sensitive human resource and employment issues.
- Design and refine job roles, responsibilities, and competency frameworks to support business strategy and employee development.
- Conduct job analysis studies, benchmarking, and evaluations to ensure positions are clearly defined and aligned with business needs.
- Leverage data-driven insights, employee feedback, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Partner with communications teams to craft clear, compelling messages about changes in structure, roles, or processes.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend innovative solutions to streamline work and maximize value delivery.
- Continuously review and enhance organizational and job design methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Ensure all organizational and job design practices comply with relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Experience Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in organizational development, job design, process mapping or related field
- Proven experience designing organizational structures and job frameworks in complex, matrixed environments.
- Ability to influence, build consensus, and drive organizational alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in an every changing environment
- Experience in a people leading role preferred.

- Bachelors degree preferred.
