Job Summary
Responsible for completing assigned tasks in support of the IA Distribution Incentives Team as defined by the Business Optimization Manager. Assigned tasks include but are not limited to assisting with the development of incentive plans and status reports, coordination of incentive activities, and cross functional collaboration with Marketing to create incentive materials. This entry-level position in the Distribution department receives direction from the Business Optimization Manager.
Essential Job Functions
- Provide planning, scheduling, and reporting support to the IA Distribution Incentives team within IA Field Enablement.
- Provide support during the Planning Phase including the development of Incentive criteria, Agent Participation Lists, Communication Plans, Tracking Reports, etc.
- Develop and maintain reports as assigned: e.g., weekly/monthly incentive status reports, post incentive analysis reviews, incentive mailing lists, and fulfillment records.
- Reconcile incentive payouts with production data to ensure highest level of accuracy in incentive award distribution
- Develop Presentation Materials when necessary
- Partners with analytics team to create dashboards for analysis and optimization. Communicates incentive information throughout the IA Distribution Channel, specifically to key stakeholders within the Regions and National Accounts
- Assist the incentives team by monitoring budget and schedules.

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience Requirements
- Two years experience associated in IA Distribution involving project planning and execution.
Special Skill Requirement
- Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Power BI and Salesforce preferred.
