Essential Job Functions

Here’s how we measure success in this role:

  • Your customer/member satisfaction ratings
  • Your contributions to our response times according to the volume of customers/members you service
  • Your ability to listen, critically think and propose solutions for an optimal customer/member experience
  • The degree to which you strengthen and grow our business relationships through building rapport, engagement, needs assessment, thoughtful handling of objections and closing sales
  • Professional accountability in managing your personal schedule and calendar, completing training/tasks and individualized professional development objective activities
  • Your desire to continuously develop professionally, expanding your skills through other responsibilities as they are assigned

Education Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; a career-minded approach with a desire for ongoing professional development; education benefits available

Experience Requirements

  • 1-year experience working in customer service/sales using a consultative approach, with a sincere desire to build customer/member loyalty through exceptional listening, relationship building and resourcefulness
  • 1-year experience working in financial services, preferably in the service of business owners and/or premier high-asset clientele
  • At least 1 year working with deadlines and/or in a high-production environment where prioritization is necessary to meet volume requirements

Additional Compensation

This position is eligible for a bonus based on company and individual performance

Physical Actions

Employees may experience the following physical demands for extended periods of time: View computer screen, up to 90% of the time. Sit for long periods, up to 90% of the time. Telephone communication, up to 90% of the time. Bending/stooping to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally, up to 5 % of time.

Physical Environment

Required job duties are normally performed in a climate-controlled office environment.
