Engagement & Adoption Program Manager IV

Job Summary

Directs the prioritization and delivery of multiple programs and resources; Responsible for managing an entire department and the associated budget; Manages relationship with top business management as the key driver of strategic plan for build out of business system capabilities; Implements IT governance Accountable for delivery of work from all suppliers for multiple programs, including risk, quality, change management, schedule, and financial management; Accountable for work orders/cost estimates to/from suppliers and user acceptance; Manages achievement of SLA with suppliers; Oversees communication, escalation, and financial impact management, when SLAs are not met.

Essential Job Functions

Accountable for partnership and engagement of one or more business and IT areas, to inform and align their strategic planning and coordination to EDO strategy, technologies, and services.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.

Experience Requirements

  • 6 years in IT environment, including 3 years in a managerial role or 1 year as a Program Manager Level III.
  • Collaborate and represent EDO within business and IT planning and road-mapping sessions.
  • Promote EDO strategy and recommend appropriate solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Participate in project planning and resource/capability alignment data efforts.
  • Promote a “data first / measure everything” mindset to all initiative planning discussions.
  • Align EDO technology and service capabilities with business strategy and direction during business case development and project planning.
  • Participate in the identification and evaluation of new products, procedures and/or processes to meet stakeholder needs.
  • Consult with architecture team(s) do develop conceptual architectures and roadmaps to communicate technology delivery needs.

Special Skill Requirement

  • May require occasional traveling.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Farmers offers a competitive salary to commensurate with experience, qualifications and location.

Colorado Only: The pay range for this job being performed in Colorado would be $114,800 to $153,000
