Job Summary
We are seeking a one-year limited term employee who can support the Internal Audit team by driving and implementing transformational change within the function, leading special projects, and providing technical expertise and structure regarding technology use, including the full Microsoft suite of products and Teammate Plus. The position could also involve supporting and coaching on specific audits.
Essential Job Functions
- Development of the Audit Strategy and Plan.
- Leads multiple departmental special projects.
- Oversight of multiple portfolios of audit engagements, providing direction, review and approval.
- Preparation of documentation and departmental reports-Audit Committee, RCC, etc. and other strategic departmental documents.
- Relationship Management Activities with Executives and business leaders, regulatory matters, etc.
- Risk Identification and development of the Audit Universe.
- People Management responsibilities for a group of audit staff, including evaluating performance, employee coaching and talent development, work assignments, recruiting, and other people management responsibilities.
- Administrative duties supporting departmental activities, individual development plan, training, performance management, and general administration.
