Job Summary
We’re seeking a results-oriented Social Paid Search Performance Manager to lead and optimize paid media search campaigns across social platforms for our insurance products. You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and lead generation through strategic campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis on platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. This role is ideal for a paid media expert with a strong understanding of customer behavior in regulated industries like insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid social search campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms (including AI sites) with a focus on lead generation and conversion.
- Own performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPQ, CPP, conversion rate, and ROAS to drive policy sales for Auto, Home, Ancillary personal insurance lines.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop effective ad assets tailored to platform and audience behavior.
- Use A/B testing and multivariate testing to continuously optimize ad copy, visuals, audiences, and landing pages.
- Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure all paid content meets insurance advertising regulations.
- Manage audience segmentation and retargeting strategies to move prospects through the conversion funnel.
- Report on campaign performance and deliver insights and recommendations to marketing leadership.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates to stay ahead of the curve.
- Align paid search strategies with broader acquisition goals and marketing initiatives across channels.
Preferred Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in paid social media advertising, ideally within insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.
- Proven track record of managing successful performance-driven campaigns.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and their ad ecosystems (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Experience with lead generation and lower-funnel strategies.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta reporting tools, and Excel.
- Knowledge of compliance standards and privacy regulations affecting digital advertising in insurance.
Education You'll Need
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Bachelors Degree preferred in Marketing, Business or related field.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing cross-channel campaigns (paid social + paid search/Google Ads).
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Working knowledge of insurance buyer personas and customer journey mapping.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and other social site ad management and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Optimizely, Braze).
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Meta Blueprint or similar certification a plus.
