Job Summary

The Senior Product Marketing Manager leads strategy and execution to drive sales growth and user adoption across our digital quoting and purchasing platform. This role combines data-driven product marketing with strategic sales enablement to enhance consumer experience, streamline digital journeys, and accelerate revenue performance. Partnering closely with product, UX, and analytics teams, the SPMM defines opportunities to enhance the digital sales funnel and delivers initiatives that optimize platform engagement and conversion.

Essential Job Functions

  • Responsible for driving Property sales growth (Home, Renters, Condo) within direct distribution channels (online and call center), developing and executing strategic business plans and marketing initiatives to achieve gross written premium, new business, and profit targets.
  • Develop and document business and technical requirements for strategic initiatives that drive growth, enable new digital capabilities, and leverage emerging technologies.
  • Serve as a strategic integrator between business needs and technology solutions, leading cross-functional teams (marketing/media, product, data, technology, and analytics) to collaboratively develop, prioritize, and execute detailed product roadmaps and initiatives that advance customer and marketing objectives while driving conversion, retention, and engagement.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation through A/B and multivariate testing, personalization at scale, and performance-based optimization.
  • Optimize the entire digital customer journey—from discovery to purchase and beyond—to ensure every touchpoint is frictionless, high-converting, and loyalty-building.
  • Support the execution of sales, communication, cross-sell, and up-sell initiatives in close partnership with business units.
  • Lead and support sales campaigns and product launches, ensuring effective go-to-market strategies and impactful results.
  • Drive sales analytics research and best practices, analyzing the competitive landscape, innovation trends, and digital marketing data to translate complex findings into strategic recommendations, guide roadmap decisions, and provide actionable insights that accelerate growth and optimize the customer experience.
  • Monitor and track competitive performance, conduct ongoing analysis to inform product and marketing strategies, and share actionable insights with stakeholders.
  • Own and drive end-to-end execution of initiatives, from ideation through development, deployment, testing, and post-launch performance.
  • Develop a strong understanding of how digital front-end experiences connect with back-end systems (e.g., APIs, data flows) and use that knowledge to identify and implement improvements.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required; MBA preferred.

Experience Requirements

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in consumer applications; insurance or fintech experience a plus.
  • Advanced expertise in digital product management, program management, and agile methodologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Agile management tools.
  • Exceptional communicator, influencer, and collaborator with executive and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in developing user stories, requirements documents, and driving product innovation.
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
  • Proficiency or experience working with Digital Analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, MixPanel, etc.) tools is a plus.
