Job Summary:

Responsible to objectively assess, report and drive Marketing performance. This includes accurate and timely data collection, to objectively assess Marketing investments and performance. Develop insightful and reliable reporting to illustrate Marketing’s performance and surface actionable insights. Consult and partner with Marketing to drive performance, by forecasting results and driving discussions to address any gaps to plan. Additionally, prioritize opportunities while maintaining a big picture perspective, perform ad hoc analysis, and tackle ambiguous challenges.

Essential Job Functions:

Work with business units to design scorecards for marketing activities and initiatives supporting enterprise and marketing's strategic needs Support Sr. Data Analyst with data collection and data formatting for reporting Use performance scorecards and data to develop, analyze, and synthesize actionable insights Support Director Reporting and Planning in building presentations with key findings and recommendations on marketing performance. Drive efficiencies within marketing activities Assist in coordination of planning and quarterly business review sessions Facilitate ad hoc related reporting requests from EM functions

Education Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of relevant analytics experience, cross-function project management and performance analysis.

Strong knowledge of data gathering/querying tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).

Special Skill Requirements:

Compliance, Risk Assessment and Ethics Compliance. High levels of accountability, ethics, and integrity
