Manages a variety of tasks related to the identification, screening and selection of employees. Largely responsible for transactional, multi-hire of similar profile searches. May focus on large class hiring. May have on campus recruiting responsibilities. Recruiting generalist able to fill multiple, less technical areas, for example, various levels of Claims Adjustors.
Essential Job Functions
- Generates leads by conducting research and/or utilizing a variety of resources and tools. - Screens and qualifies candidates to present to the businesses. Mines the Internet for passive and active job seekers in technical and professional positions. Screens candidates for placement criteria and provides written summary of skills and abilities to hiring area. - Identifies candidates for consistent/ repetitive recruiting efforts. - Builds and maintains recruiting networks with external and internal sources to create a diversified pipeline of talent. - Establishes relationships with front line managers. - Provides input for monthly reporting of all recruiting activity, highlighting successes and opportunities for continuous improvement. - Negotiates offer with final candidate. - Provides support and initiates new hire process. - Performs other duties as assigned.
Required job duties are essentially sedentary work consisting of occassional walking, standing and lifting and/or carrying 20 lbs. m aximum, bending, talking, hearing
Required job duties are normally performed in a climate controlled office environment
Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of recruiting experience
