Job Summary 
The Talent Sourcer will be adept at identifying talent sources and methods to attract and identify top talent specific to identified needs within the company. The Sourcer works proactively to fill talent pipelines for the short and long term. Maintains relationships externally with both organizations, venues and external candidates to ensure strong sources of hiring. This position is an expert at formulating and expressing the employment value proposition and engaging potential hires around it. The Sourcer stays abreast of and proactively shares changes within markets, talent pools, compensation, titles, skills and organizational structure-is able to easily gather external intelligence pertaining to talent and talent sources. This role is a pivotal member of the TA team sharing potential hiring sources and ensures both short and long term hiring strategies are supported. 
Essential Job Functions 
Works proactively to fill talent pipelines. Builds and maintains relationships externally to build a strong pipeline of talent for the short and long term. Attends external events in partnership with the line of business to bring the Farmers brand to life while also engaging potential candidates. Works closely with TA Recruiters and hiring managers to build sourcing strategy and identify candidates with specific skills. Builds and communicates knowledge of market trends in talent, compensation, competitor intelligence, skills, org structure etc.  
Education Requirements 
Bachelor's degree of equivalent combination of education and experience 
Experience Requirements 
5 years of professional recruiting experience with a significant amount of that time spent in professional sourcing 
Special Skill Requirement 
Navigates technology and processes with ease, adept at identifying talent sources and methods, ability to data mine and use Boolean searches, technology, social media, external organizations Ability to engage talent and form trusted relationships in order to attract top talent to Farmers Builds and maintains relationships externally to keep potential candidates engaged Has a developed approach to relationships and recruiting both in person and on the phone Actively stays abreast of changes in the labor market, talent pools, compensation, titles, skills, competitors etc. Continually looks for diverse sources for talent at all levels and within various talent communities
