Functions as an assistant to staff operations in the Marketing Department. Gives guidance, communications to Regional Staff and Division Marketing Manager; performs analysis of Regional results in assigned areas and develops programs to address solutions; enhances Regional application of market development, loss ratio, profit and productivity programs; and assists Regional Marketing Manager, Marketing Administration Manager and Division Marketing Manager to achieve results related to Corporate Goals.
Essential Job Functions
Provides specialty assistance developed through specific experience and training to the Marketing Administration Manager and through Marketing Administration Manager, to Division Marketing Manager, Regional Marketing Manager and other functional areas as directed. Works closely with other Specialists as a support function to provide operational support and to assist in the accomplishment of all Marketing Department objectives and goals. Assists District Manager, at the direction of Regional Staff, to analyze and determine areas needing priority attention and provides corrective assistance to effect a solution. Functions as Assistant to the Regional Marketing Manager where applicable. Performs other duties as assigned.
Required job duties are essentially sedentary work consisting of occasional walking, standing and lifting and/or carrying 10 lbs. maximum, and seeing.
Required job duties are normally performed in a climate-controlled office environment.
Four-year college degree, completion of the AMTC course, and completion of, or actively pursuing CLU, CPCU, LUTCF, GAMMA or NALU studies. Field Management Sales program must be completed within first 12 months of employment.
If selected, candidate must complete the Marketing Management Trainee Program and a minimum of eighteen months as Marketing Specialist (or equivalent experience).

Strong MS Skills
Strong Excel skills including v-lookups and pivot tables
Strong presentation skills to both large and small groups as well as Sr. Leadership
Must have clean driving record as the position comes with a company vehicle
