Job Summary 
The UofF New Agent Sales Trainer is responsible for effective implementation and execution of new agent training curriculum, specific to sales / retention initiatives, sales management tools, customer experience and basic product training. This role will provide a motivational learning environment and experience to all new agents in both face-to-face and virtual learning situations. This position will employ varied learning delivery techniques and/or technologies on complex content for a variety of level of audiences and adapts delivery style to drive learner performance. Collaborates with the Field Sales leadership pre and post-new agent training for measurement of effectiveness of training methods. 
Essential Job Functions 
Facilitates classroom training – Provides training and development to new Farmers agents on Farmers product, agency operations, sales and systems. Employs various learning delivery techniques and/or technologies. Influences positive behavior change in agent learners that drives business results by creating a positive environment for learning. Facilitates virtual training –Employs varied learning delivery techniques and/or technologies to new Farmers agents. Provides additi onal training and collaborating with field sales leadership to ensure completion of field training activities. Measures agent performance against standards to ensure program effectiveness. Observes, evaluates, and monitors training execution to ensure organizational training standards are met. Provides regular feedback to business units and QA staff about existing programs and development of new programs Performs other duties as assigned.  
Physical Actions 
Sits or stands for extended periods of time, up to a full work shift. Occasionally reaches overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Occasionally moves, lifts, carries, and places objects and supplies weighing 0-10 pounds without assistance. Listens to, interprets, and differentiates auditory information (e.g. others speaking) at normal speaking levels with or without correction. Visually verifies and reads information. Visually locates material, resources and other objects. Ability to continuously operate a computer for extended periods of time, up to a full work shift. Physical dexterity sufficient to use hands, arms, and shoulders repetitively to operate keyboard and other office equipment up to a full work shift.  
Physical Environment 
This position operates in an open office working environment which will include normal and customary distractions, noise, and interruptions. 
Education Requirements 
Bachelors degree in business, education or related field is preferred. Property <(>&<)> Casualty, Life / Health License, Variable Annuities required.  
Experience Requirements 
Minimum four years experience in insurance industry and/or agency. Two years facilitation or training experience.
