- Start Date: April 1, 2019
- Shift: Standard hours are Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm. Rotational late shifts (10:00am-7:30pm) and rotational Saturday shifts are possible depending on business need.
- Starting Salary: $14.12/hr.

The GRP Expeditor is the main point of contact on GRP claims. Responds to customer initiated telephone, fax, web chat and email inquiries from internal and external customers. Manages inventory of GRP direct assigned claims by performing triage, ensuring regulatory compliance adherence and completing indemnity payments on assigned units. Reviews policy coverage as it pertains to repairs and rental vehicles to ensure compliance, drive-In appointments and scheduling field inspections and completes initial claim is ok to pay and shop has appropriate information to proceed. Acts as the Claim owner on single vehicle Tier 1 claims assigned to them.
Essential Job Functions
Responds to customer initiated phone, fax, and email inquiries related to GRP assigned claims. Resolves minor customer complaints which arise during the claims handling process. Assists Claim Owners and other GRP employees in obtaining loss and claims value documentation. Regulatory Compliance: Completes documents and letters as required for regulatory compliance on assigned claims. Inventory Management: Reviews and triages GRP assigned claims. Reviews coverages specific to GRP repairs (e.g. aftermarket parts) and rental vehicles and notifies shops of any issues. Issues indemnity payments as directed. Authorizes and issues payments for rental vehicles. Performs other duties as assigned. May also assist in mentorship of new Expeditors, quality assurance slant audits and special projects.
High School diploma or equivalent required. Maintains active adjuster' license.
Basic computer skills and basic understanding of Microsoft Excel. Previous clerical or administrative experience - Preferred Strong attention to detail.
