Job Summary 
This position is responsible for the development and execution of Farmers early career programs. It requires high collaboration with the Talent Acquisition (TA) Managers, Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) and Farmers business leadership across the organization. They will partner with the business leadership to define and validate demand for entry level talent and align early career programs with future talent strategy needs. They will lead recommendations for the best talent pipelines and opportunities for various business team needs. This role will expand and continue to build out enhancements to the Farmers Internship program and track metrics for the program. 
Essential Job Functions 
  • Research, develop and manage early career programs aligned with the talent needs they identify through business partnership.
  • Expand and build out enhancements to the Farmers Internship program.
  • Establish and track metrics for program success and leverage partnerships to provide data insights and communication strategies related to talent and programs.
  • Develop and execute communication plans organization wide regarding early career programs.
  • Responsible for managing the branding efforts and social media for early career programs and early career talent.
  • Works closely with Recruitment Marketing Manager to develop and craft branding materials, posts, and content.
  • Serves as a role model to recruiters and talent ambassadors to participate in social media and branding needs.
  • Responsible to ensure the recruitment marketing strategies support the early career program needs.
  • Manages Farmers virtual recruiting accounts, and any other technology related to early career programs and relationships.
  • This includes hosting virtual events such as informational recruiting sessions to bring the Farmers brand to life while also engaging potential candidates.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with broader Talent Acquisition team, Human Resource functions, and executive business leaders in support of managing early career programs.
  • Partners with the business teams to define and validate demand for entry level talent and align early career programs with those future talent strategy needs.
  • Manages coordination and execution of any school or organization event across the country.
  • Partners with recruiters across sites to ensure partnership with business on any events.
  • Creates and manages all materials and communications or supplies that may be needed.
  • Responsible to manage and ensure adherence to budget allocations for early career programs.
  • Exercises discretion and judgment for purchases directly related to early career program.  
Physical Actions 
Sits or stands for extended periods of time, up to a full work shift. Occasionally reaches overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Occasionally moves, lifts, carries, and places objects and supplies weighing 0-10 pounds without assistance. Listens to, interprets, and differentiates auditory information (e.g. others speaking) at normal speaking levels with or without correction. Visually verifies and reads information. Visually locates material, resources and other objects. Ability to continuously operate a computer for extended periods of time, up to a full work shift. Physical dexterity sufficient to use hands, arms, and shoulders repetitively to operate keyboard and other office equipment up to a full work shift. 25% travel required; may vary and fluctuate as dicitated by needs of the business. 
Physical Environment 
This position operates in an open office working environment which will include normal and customary distractions, noise, and interruptions. 
Education Requirements 
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred. 
Experience Requirements 
Five plus years experience in recruiting required. Experience in Community or University Relations preferred. Experience in recruitment marketing, social media platforms, and employment branding preferred.
