This role is responsible for managing strategic customer acquisition and retention partnerships. They will develop and execute online marketing campaigns with cross functional teams to achieve a specific business objective.
Essential Job Functions
Lead the planning, development and execution of targeted media program-specific investments.
Develops and executes integrated marketing programs with cross-functional teams designed to track and analyze success metrics.
Works with digital marketing agencies to develop online advertising plans/creative strategy and establish individualized volume and revenue targets.
Develops and executes online marketing campaigns to achieve a specific business objective.
Manages applicable online marketing tactics to program such as customer acquisition (i.e., paid search, affiliates, online display media, social platforms) and customer retention (i.e., cross-sell, email and up-sell).
Manages budget, coordinates contracts/insertion orders, accruals, etc. Manages key vendor relationships such as online display agency, affiliate partners, shopping comparison engines, and media buying company.
Tests and optimizes advertising creative, landing pages and conversion funnels.
Partner with Digital teams to prioritize site experience and optimization activities to achieve program success.
Utilizes competitive industry and business analysis to document market opportunities and define campaign program requirements.
Pursues and tests new opportunities with current and potential partners.
Coordinates campaign activity to deliver against specific targets.
Consult with Digital team leadership and product/application managers to develop strategies to deliver on program targets.
Coordinates and gains leverage from web analytics team to support campaign analysis and optimization for paid search and customer list analytics/segmentation.
Creates and maintains key reports and dashboards, traffic and acquisition reports, campaign reports, and forecasts.
Oversee timely program creative delivery, trafficking and rotation to allow for continuous optimization.
Sits or stands for extended periods of time, up to a full work shift. Occasionally reaches overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Occasionally moves, lifts, carries, and places objects and supplies weighing 0-10 pounds without assistance. Listens to, interprets, and differentiates auditory information (e.g. others speaking) at normal speaking levels with or without correction. Visually verifies and reads information. Visually locates material, resources and other objects. Ability to continuously operate a computer for extended periods of time, up to a full work shift. Physical dexterity sufficient to use hands, arms, and shoulders repetitively to operate keyboard and other office equipment up to a full work shift.
This position operates in an open office working environment which will include normal and customary distractions, noise, and interruptions.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Seven years of online marketing experience with a strong hands-on knowledge of online media, search engine marketing, and best practices required.
Demonstrated success managing and building relationships to drive customer acquisition or sales.
In-depth understanding of website and key levers that impact traffic and conversion rates required.
Familiar with creating programs that are strictly measured against quantitative ROI-based objectives required.
