Job Summary 

Manages the strategic planning and execution of the P/L and Distribution portfolio. Will be the owner of executive portfolio reporting that satisfies a holistic overview as well as at a BU level. Will manage the execution of programs, projects and/or workstreams that are related to portfolio management and PPM. Will work closely with governance and analytics roles to ensure we are set up to collect the most valuable data and that we have the most appropriate governance and processes in place. This position will also be a support function through an agile transformation and help migrate into Lean Portfolio Management. This position requires the ability to facilitate strategic conversations alongside executives as well as being comfortable digging into detailed analytics.

PPM/One Intake P/L Representative


Facilitate Portfolio Planning & Calibration

PMO Communications Strategy

Lean Portfolio Management Support

Education Requirements 

High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent, relevant experience. PMP/PgMP certification. Lean Yellow Belt preferred. SAFe Agile training. 

Experience Requirements 

9+ years' experience in a project management, portfolio management and/or governance. Extensive experience with executive reporting and exposure to data analytics is preferred. Experience in LPM or another agile environment is also a plus.

Special Skill Requirement 

Project management tools. Experience in PPM tools is preferred.


High proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel. Exposure to data analytics tools like Alteryx and Tableau is a plus.


SAFe agile/Lean Portfolio Management experience is a plus.


Candidate qualifications may be reviewed against the requirements for the associated levels of this position's core function. Salary grade will be based on selected candidates' experience and skills.
