Job Summary   
  • Develops regular reporting on business KPIs, sales metrics, and internal operational efficiencies.
  • Provides data analysis as necessary to respond to ad-hoc inquiries.
  • Provides analysis concerning data sources, procedures, and report automation.
  • Designs and implements spreadsheet automation to convert large sets of raw data into easy-to-read dashboards.
  • Performs general systems administration and systems enhancements as needed.
  • Acts as an internal technology and analytics consultant, working cross-functionally to define, improve, and standardize data reporting across systems.
  • Operates using six-sigma lean standards to perform root-cause analysis of issues and enhance existing IT procedures.
  • Gathers raw data from source systems, manipulates and analyzes the data, and draws out insights to drive critical business decisions.
  • In conjunction with the rest of FFS IT continuously monitors data integrity across all systems and implements procedures to maintain the highest possible data integrity.
  • Evaluates the impact of change requests to production systems and reports.    
Essential Job Functions   
  • Designs and creates monthly reports including all KPIs, SLAs, and projects, as well as ad-hoc reports.
  • Performs new analytical studies (modeling, data analysis and reporting) focusing on core business initiatives.
  • Performs general system administration and system enhancements.
  • Assists in the implementation of technical programs and vendor applications.
  • Validates new and existing data to ensure reports are accurate.
  • Coordinates special projects as required.   
Education Requirements   
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Mathematics, Finance, or Information Systems.  
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.   
Experience Requirements   
  • 2-3 years of work experience.   
Special Skill Requirement   
  • Strong and detailed reporting skillset like SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, and MS Access.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel formulas, pivot charts and tables. 
Physical Actions   
Sits or stands for extended periods of time, up to a full work shift. Occasionally reaches overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Occasionally moves, lifts, carries, and places objects and supplies weighing 0-10 pounds without assistance. Listens to, interprets, and differentiates auditory information (e.g. others speaking) at normal speaking levels with or without correction. Visually verifies and reads information. Visually locates material, resources and other objects. Ability to continuously operate a computer for extended periods of time, up to a full work shift. Physical dexterity sufficient to use hands, arms, and shoulders repetitively to operate keyboard and other office equipment up to a full work shift.
Physical Environment   
This position operates in an open office working environment which will include normal and customary distractions, noise, and interruptions.
