**This person will be sitting in Olathe, KS,  but there territory will be as follows: Kansas City, KS,  Lake Mary, FL, and Austin, TX.**
Job Summary 
The Mgr, UofF Training Delivery contributes to the continuous improvement of learning and development through the management and implementation of all learning and performance improvement solutions for assigned lines of business. This individual provides technical and management expertise regarding procedures and systems and is accountable for overall performance of learning and development within assigned operations. This role is responsible for overall effectiveness of learning solutions delivery, including both business and people results, and acts as liaison between University of Farmers (learning function) and supported business unit leaders. 
Essential Job Functions 
  • Supervises assigned personnel and acts as a consultant/coach to staff to enhance team's performance while meeting the University and business training needs.
  • Leads team members to support changes in learning and development curriculum, learning management systems and program development.
  • Evaluates results and initiates change to meet organization learning objectives.
  • Performance of learning solutions / consulting with business.
  • Evaluates performance of learning solutions delivery to achieve learning and business outcomes.
  • Coaches on the use and application of instructional learning theories and methodologies, delivery options and learning technologies and support systems.
  • Responsible for establishing measurement and evaluation strategies and processes including research design and data management processes.
  • Oversees and approves learning and performance improvement of all levels of complexity to ensure individuals possess the skills, knowledge and attitudes to meet organizational objectives.
  • Leads highly complex projects.
  • Prepares, develops and assigns projects and audience.
  • Evaluates effectiveness of various delivery mechanisms and/or options to achieve learning and business outcomes.
  • Implements evaluation analysis solutions to achieve learning outcomes and business outcomes.
  • Assists supported lines of business with determining and preparing their annual training budget.
  • Supports and/or leads efforts to adhere to budget.
  • Curriculum oversight.
  • Identifies and communicates with content curators for universal changes to learning curriculum and instructional materials to achieve learning outcomes and drive team's work performance.
  • Leads creation and development of the organizational knowledge management infrastructure.
  • Evaluates industry knowledge management best practices and recommends which to incorporate into the business training delivery methods
  • Other duties as assigned.  
Physical Actions 
Sits or stands for extended periods of time, up to a full work shift. Occasionally reaches overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Occasionally moves, lifts, carries, and places objects and supplies weighing 0-10 pounds without assistance. Listens to, interprets, and differentiates auditory information (e.g. others speaking) at normal speaking levels with or without correction. Visually verifies and reads information. Visually locates material, resources and other objects. Ability to continuously operate a computer for extended periods of time, up to a full work shift. Physical dexterity sufficient to use hands, arms, and shoulders repetitively to operate keyboard and other office equipment up to a full work shift.  
Physical Environment 
This position operates in an open office working environment which will include normal and customary distractions, noise, and interruptions. 
Education Requirements 
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in business, communications, instructional design, organizational development, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
Experience Requirements 
  • Five years experience in learning and development including experience with e-learning required.
  • Previous leadership experience preferred with strong people management skills.
