- Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives focused on cost, efficiency, quality improvement, CE/NPS improvement at the enterprise level.
- The scope of the initiatives include multiple functions/departments, impact agents and customers, and contain complex business, legal or regulatory issues. These can also involve 1 Green Belt work stream, and a number of Yellow Belt Just Do Its.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma tools to mentor and develop process capability (at the Green Belt level), reduce cycle time, eliminate waste / defects throughout the business Under the guidance of a Lean Six Sigma MBB or an experienced BB, may lead implementation of Lean Six Sigma roadmap within a specific LOB / BU This position requires interaction with executives and other personnel throughout the organization, an understanding of business across the enterprise, and a focus on strong leadership, critical thinking, effective facilitation / influencing.
- Support Farmers Lean Program Deployment under the guidance of a Master Black Belt (MBB) Lead Yellow and Green Belt instructor-led training classes Increase employee engagement in the Lean program by developing and implementing an annual Lean Awareness campaign Coach / Mentor Lean Six Sigma Green Belt candidates Lean Methodology Governance - champion best practices among Lean practitioners (Green Belt level) across the Lead medium to large-scale complex process improvement initiatives at the enterprise level.
- Identify and execute on improvement opportunities - supporting the company's performance through efficiency savings, better performing business processes, and customer-aligned processes.
- Provide guidance to Executive Sponsor / BU Lead to help them understand interdependencies, connect operational metrics to business processes and focus improvement strategies to yield productivity improvement, operational excellence and improved customer experience.
- Manage Lean experts (Yellow & Green Belts) who provide Lean Process Design and Analysis services to LOB/BU supported Support Farmers' NPS/CE strategy execution by facilitating CE/NPS Improvement initiatives, provide customer journey mapping, customer needs assessments, user experience design & testing services. Align internal business processes with desired customer experience.
