Job Summary 
Directs reviews of Premium Audit Center efficiency, cost control and effective implementation of training, procedures and business practices. Collaborates and consults with external departments for implementation of new and modified processing systems. Provides technical support and guidance to staff; ensures proper staff development. 
Essential Job Functions 
Directs the timely processing of property and casualty and workers compensation premium audits for all service centers, following state specific rules and regulations. Monitors and analyzes regional Commercial Service Center needs and coordinates necessary Home Office actions for implementation of c orrective action. Implements, maintains, evaluates and reports on internal quality and service controls; responsible for producing a quality product, providing an exceptional customer experience and instilling a service and teamwork focus. Oversees the filing of unit statistical reports for all states with the NCCI and independent state rating bureaus to ensure all statutory deadlines for USR filings are met. Consults with Departments of Insurance in response to customer complaints and other DOI inquiries. Performs liaison activities between Premium Audit, Home Office Commercial and the Commercial Service Centers. Manages budget expenditures within own department codes by reducing costs/overhead and increasing team production, thus contributing to management company expense goals. Supervises assigned personnel Other duties as assigned

Education Requirements 
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred. IIA certificate or actively pursuing CPCU program preferred. 
Experience Requirements 
Workers' Comp insurance and/or Premium Audit experience. 
Three years management experience preferred.
Special Skill Requirement 
Knowledge of management information and business systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
Strong leadership skills.
Able to answer staff questions, develop and manage staff.
Analytics preferred - Excel v-lookups and pivot tables.
Demonstrated written and oral communication skills; demonstrated project management and presentation skills.
