- This role has a unique blend of both strategic and operational responsibility. As the owner of our customer and agents' end-to-end PL billing experience, he/she must ensure effective design, availability, compliance and strategic alignment of our billing systems, processes, and key touchpoints.
- The right candidate must demonstrate an ability to effectively identify solutions based on consumer research, competitive/industry intelligence, and customer data analytics; and prioritize and advocate your proposed initiatives based on cost / benefit analysis and an understanding of strategic alignment.
- Applicants will be expected to lead and inspire a team operating in SAFe agile and collaborate effectively across business and IT functions to achieve shared objectives.
- Experience with billing and payment practices and insurance is not a prerequisite, but experience with strategy or user centered design is preferred.
Develops, prioritizes and executes direction and goals of a business unit in order to support the operational functions and the organization in improving and maximizing results and key business drivers. Responsible for driving change and performance by identifying and leading efforts to improve operational processes, policies and systems in support of the organization's mission.
Essential Job Functions
o Leads and directs multi-site, multi-functional complex projects and issues. o Optimizes allocation of resources and implements procedures / directs projects driving change and ensuring consistency across the function and organization.
o Designs, executes and negotiates/gains support for projects and ideas maximizing results, efficiency, effectiveness and customer service.
o Identifies opportunities and risks associated with changes in internal and external environment by developing and implementing short term and long term operational plans.
o Determines which emerging issues are relevant to the organization and its future needs. o Ensure short and long term strategies, programs and processes are realized. o Develops and leads high performance teams and is accountable for team's results.
Bachelor's degree required. Master's Degree and/or industry certification preferred.
Eight years of managerial or project management experience with at least ten years of business experience.
Special Skill Requirement
PC skills including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and desktop publishing applications Strong analytical skills and interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
