Provides internal and external member service and support for all credit, debit, and card inquiries. Researches and provides expeditious responses to complex member account inquiries. Handles all aspects of cardholder transaction disputes and charge backs. Oversees and processes a multitude of card related tasks, reports, and audit functions.
Independently manages assigned Production Strategy and completes the tasks within the designated time frame. Completes all aspects of credit and debit transaction disputes, including tracking, vendor communications, and general ledger balancing. Manages credit and debit Falcon alerts; including retrieving and managing alert records, following up on pending cases, placing outbound calls to cardholders, and maintaining metrics. Completes general ledger reconciliation for card exceptions, disputes, and ATM related transactions. Processes instant issue requests via vendor platforms. Collaborates with team, lead, and supervisor towards the resolution of technical matters involving the core system and third party provider platforms. Addresses and implements process improvements and/or process streamlining enhancements. Performs all Card Services Representative essential job functions, as assigned or as coverage is needed. Performs other duties as assigned.
