Job Summary 
  • The Digital Marketing Operations Director leads implementation of new Digital initiatives across the Foremost Insurance Group.
  • This role focuses on delivering strategic self-serve capabilities for customer-facing digital assets such as, the mobile app and agent sites.
  • The director also represents company Digital COE (Center of Excellence) to evolve employee-facing applications, partnering with Claims, Service Operations and Distribution.
  • This position runs all digital team operations ranging from project strategy and business case to testing and launch, in partnership with Marketing IT.
  • The director manages strategic relationships with other business units across the company to define the roadmap and deliver effective implementations.
  • Refines and supervises workflow processes to ensure efficiency in prioritization and delivery.
  • This position is a key contributor to agile transformation, content management and changing of delivery models to increase collaboration, speed to market and ultimately a better customer experience across all Farmers digital applications. 
Essential Job Functions 
  • Leads the delivery of products through a hybrid agile/waterfall delivery model, in partnership with IT Provides business expertise to developers and designers to deliver competitive products that meet customer needs and ultimately drive NPS growth.
  • Coordinates with stakeholders to promote technology projects and represents digital capabilities and business plans to the company.
  • Shapes business requirements and technical design documents in context of macro Digital roadmap.
  • Supervises all testing and release management, in partnership with IT stakeholders.
  • Operationalizes follow up and reporting to measure business benefit post implementation

Education Requirements 
Bachelor's degree required and major designation. 
Experience Requirements 
  • Minimum ten years relevant, professional job experience in Technology, Digital or Billing
  • Previous experience managing or leading a team required
  • Experience leading a product team through an agile delivery transformation  
Special Skill Requirement 
Familiarity with a broad range of technical platforms (i.e. Adobe, Salesforce) necessary to run a digital business Knowledge of Foremost dashboards and systems preferred
