Job Summary 
  
The Facility Supervisor reports to a Facility Campus Manager and is responsible for performing and managing day to day facility and support services operations within a site in order to ensure that employees are working in a well-managed, professional, engaged and safe work environment. 
  
Essential Job Functions 
  
Coordinate employee events, working with business units and third party vendors to ensure positive engagement with the staff. Oversee the coordination and execution of workstation moves, adds and changes, and make recommendations into the campus/facility occupancy plan. Successfully supervise a team that manage facility and support services activities including one or two of the following: company store operations, corporate switchboard, mailroom processing and employee events. Make recommendations to streamline processes. Coordinate and respond to facility management requests from local business units. Assist in the coordination of third party vendors.

Education Requirements 
  
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred. 
  
Experience Requirements 
  
Two years experience in real estate, facility management and operations, or space planning required; previous leadership experience preferred  
  
Special Skill Requirement 
  
Strong communication skills Demonstrated organizational skills in order to effectively manage multiple parallel efforts/tasks Possess good people management skills Possess a fundamental knowledge of CRE & FM (Corporate Real Estate and Facility Management) processes
