Analyzes agency activity within a set of assigned agencies and associated premium under management to understand trends and is respo nsible for the obtainment of premium and profit objectives for all lines of business (personal lines, commercial lines, life insurance and specialty lines). Implements zone and territory initiatives independently or as part of a team.
Essential Job Functions
Promotes overall company value proposition and drives results for multiple lines of business (Personal, Life, Specialty and Business Insurance). Utilizes consultative skills to train on products, services and technology to achieve objectives. Utilizes technology (CRM, E-Mail, AGM, Scorecards, STAR, BIE, Lifenet and FP.com etc.) to manage assigned agency and portfolio data and performance. Routinely records information about agency competitors, segmentation and contact activity, maintaining up-to-date data for use within sales and business analytics team. As needed, collaborates with other functional areas (Service, Underwriting and Product), and field zone counterparts to support broa der company objectives.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. State insurance license desirable.
Two to three years of sales, marketing or insurance experience. PL, Specialty, Life and Commercial lines product knowledge.
Special Skill Requirement
Proficient in Microsoft Office. Other locations may be considered based on experience.
