Our Claims team works with customers after they’ve been in an accident or suffered property damage. We know how stressful it is to experience a loss, and our philosophy is to deliver proactive, straightforward, knowledgeable service when our customers need us most—whether they’ve had a minor fender bender or a devastating house fire. It’s important to plan for the future. Eligible new employees can join Farmers competitive 401(k) Savings Plan immediately. The company matches your contributions dollar for dollar, up to 6% of your eligible pay, and the company match is vested immediately. Additionally, Farmers makes an automatic 4% base company contribution to the 401(k) Savings Plan based on your eligible pay. The company base contribution has a three-year vesting period and is in addition to the plan’s company match amount.
